the location offers easy access to victoria station. the reception desk is open 24 hours. the room had been renovated recently and the bathroom was clean.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning it included eggs sausage and beans. The location near Victoria Station was convenient. I found it easy to access transportation options. The included breakfast saved me time each morning.

The bathroom felt quite small making it difficult to move around comfortably. The limited space impacted showering and using the facilities. It could use a redesign to improve functionality

The hotel's proximity to Victoria Station made travel easy. The staff were really helpful, ensuring I had what I needed. My room included a showerwith excellent water pressure. The included breakfast was a definite plus, setting me up for the day.

The mattress felt too firm for my preference. perhaps some softer options could improve comfort

Acceptable Stay with Deficiencies

broken bed damp patches

The location proved convenient due to its proximity to the main transportation hubs.

I found the room had some damp patches on the ceiling, and I observed that the bed was broken. Someone had tried to conceal it using a pillow under the mattress. I reported this matter promptly to the staff. the shower door was not correctly connected and would not close properly.
