Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is superb, very close to Victoria train station and the underground. The rooms were comfortable, but it would have been even better if there was a bigger window in the bathroom. The service was top-notch, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The dining experience was a delight with delicious hot soups and crepes. The facilities were great, meeting all my needs for a pleasant stay.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of London. The location is superb, in a very safe area and just a stone's throw away from Victoria Tube station, connecting you to all the major attractions. The rooms were cozy, with a small window in the bathroom offering a nice view. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience was enjoyable with hot soups included. However, I would have appreciated having more EU plugs in the room. Overall, a great value for money choice in a prime location.
The hotel is conveniently located near all attractions and very close to Victoria train station. The rooms are comfortable with only a small bathroom window offering a view. The service was very friendly. Dining included hot soups and organic jams. However, the facilities could use some improvement. The price was reasonable considering the location.
The hotel is centrally located, close to the main tube and Victoria train station, as well as Buckingham Palace. The rooms offer a view and feature only small windows in the bathroom, with the convenience of EU plugs. The dining experience includes delicious hot soups with the option of udon noodles. The service is top-notch, and the facilities are well-equipped but could use some enhancements. However, the price for the value provided is reasonable overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near Victoria train station and offers a cozy atmosphere. The rooms have a small window in the bathroom, but the hotel provides EU plugs for convenience. The dining options include hot soups and complimentary bread, adding to the value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to all attractions and just a short walk to tube stations for easy access to the rest of London. The rooms were cozy with a lovely view, but having only a small window in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience, especially with the hot soups included, was delightful. However, the lack of EU plugs in the room was a downside. Overall, I found it to be a great value for money.
